ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a full-time position and hours of work and days vary Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required, as needed. This position involves extensive daily travel throughout your local region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform scheduled pedicures in accordance with policies, procedures and brand standards
Maintains a safe, timely and on-brand member experiences following Belle’s standards and procedures
Updates job knowledge by participating in Belle-provided continuing educational opportunities
Enhances service reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
Discard and/or sanitize tools as per Belle’s policies and procedures
Maintain clinical records and documentation within Belle’s electronic records platform
Provide and initiate member referrals as needed
Promote and assist with the booking of future appointments for members prior to ending the appointment
Works within the scope of the Belle Technician role
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & PERSONALITY:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology’s and/or state required Nail Technician Licensure (based on role location)
Able to maintain reliable transportation
Basic computer skills
Able to maintain personal electronic equipment, including computer and mobile phone.
Complete and pass required credential checks (based on state location) including but not limited to a background check and drug test.
Ability to work with a flexible schedule and limited supervision
Ability to demonstrate to follow written and verbal instructions
Maintain good personal hygiene
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, upholding strict standards of sanitation and sterilization, as directed by law and established policies and procedures.
Demonstrate a passion for helping others with empathy and compassion
