Hello! We are looking for a part-time nanny to care for our 5-month-old daughter at our home in Point Loma Heights starting March 29. I'm an RN and work 3 12-hour shifts per week (includes occasional weekend shifts). Dad works Monday - Friday and is usually home before 4:00pm. We need someone from 6:30am - 4:30pm on the weekdays I am scheduled to work (my schedule will be provided about 1 month in advance). There's also potential for hours on some of my days off and for weekend date nights. Your hours per week could range anywhere from 10-30 hours/week depending on my work schedule. Pay rate: $15-18/hour Schedule: March 29 and April 2, 7, 9, 12, 13, 15, 19, 21, additional dates TBD Hours: 6:30am - 4:30pm Requirements: -Ideal candidate is loving, patient, playful, and has sound judgement -Experience with infants -CPR certification for infants -Clear background check -Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, auto insurance, clean driving record -At least 2 references (not from family or friends) -Non-smoker -Pet friendly (we have an Australian shepherd who loves attention) -We would like someone who can commit to at least 1 year Responsibilities: -Engage with Eloise (play with toys, read books, talk/sing to her, outdoor time, walks around neighborhood, etc.) -Feedings - bottle feedings and purees/solids (I will make the purees/solids) -Diaper changes/support with potty training when time comes -Naps (2-3/day) -Bath time/baby hygiene -Light housekeeping while Eloise naps (dishes, baby laundry, no new messes) Optional: we have a private guest house/studio unit (has kitchenette, bathroom, and separate entrance from main part of house) which may be available for reduced rent.
