Payroll/Human Resources
The position will primarily be responsible for processing the Company's bi-weekly and Hospitality Payrolls, including variable compensation. This person will also be responsible for ensuring that quarterly taxes are filed and paid and managing W2's at year end.

- Process the bi-weekly company and Hospitality payrolls.
- Collaborate with partners to insure that generated payroll is correct prior to payment submission and ensure that all needed changes are made.
- Coordinate new employee set up with HR to be sure employees are set up accurately and all deductions are entered.
- Establishment of process and procedure guidelines as well as reconciliation procedures to ensure that errors in payroll processing are identified in advance of payment to team members.
- Build relationships cross-functionally to foster collaboration both inside and outside of the Accounting/Payroll/Finance/Hospitality team.
- Document, implement and monitor best in class operating procedures and controls as it relates to Payroll & HR.

**The ideal candidate for the Payroll Manager will have the following qualifications:

- Experience working across multiple FEINs and multiple states when processing payroll.
- Solid working knowledge of payroll regulations
- Strong desire to achieve accuracy and integrity with each payroll cycle.
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills and experience
- Must be a strong team player with an ability to build positive and effective working relationships with others.
- Must be able to work cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization.
- Good organizational and reconciliation skills including ability to complete work in an accurate and timely manner.
- Effective problem-solving skills demonstrated by working independently to achieve resolution of problems.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
