The Bellevue Christian Reformed Church (Bellevue, WA) awaits the arrival of our next Lead Pastor, a woman or man of God who will passionately and boldly guide our congregation as we seek to be the heart and hands of Jesus in a changing and often challenging cultural context. We envision a pastor gifted in three areas: preaching, leadership, and outreach.

We believe the ideal candidate for this position is a maturing and devoted Christ-follower with an unwavering love for the Lord and His Church, supplemented by a hunger for the Word of God and a deep reliance upon the Holy Spirit. This person also possesses the necessary qualifications to serve as an ordained pastor in our denomination, the Christian Reformed Church in North America.

In addition, we believe the ideal candidate will be experienced in leading a congregation through a season of change and growth into a new and uncharted future (i.e. adaptive leadership) so that he or she may lead us towards our recently adopted Jubilee Vision For Growth. This bold endeavor includes three objectives: Growing Outward, Growing Younger, Growing Together.

Bellevue Christian Reformed Church serves one of the most beautiful corners of God’s creation, with scenery that inspires and speaks of His majesty.
