We’re searching for a responsible, reliable bell attendant to ensure our guests have an incredible stay at our hotel. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests upon their arrival and departure, helping guests with luggage, assisting the front desk staff, and responding to guest requests as needed. Responsibilities: • Respond to guest requests and perform other duties as assigned such as taking dry cleaning, delivering room service, and checking luggage for storage • Assist with guest luggage and carry items to their room on bell carts in a safe and professional manner • Greet guests when they arrive and leave the hotel • Support the front desk staff and bell captain with check-in and responding to guest requests • Make sure the bell desk is always neat and tidy Qualifications: • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift over 25 pounds • Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification such as a GED • Must have a flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays • 1 year of previous experience as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar position in customer service • Applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills Compensation: $16.22 - $16.64 hourly
