    Full-Time

    SHIFT AVAILABLE:

    Monday - Friday, 9:00-5:30

    PAY:

    $15-17 / hr + bonuses

    LOCATION:

    This is an outdoor position in which you will be under a kiosk at one of our partnered locations. We have locations in Redlands, Corona, Riverside, Moreno Valley, Perris, and San Jacinto. Must be able to reliably commute to Downtown Riverside, CA for office meetings, product pick up, and paycheck pick up.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    The position of the Customer Service Rep for the California Lifeline entails being the primary customer support in our partnered locations. After receiving the training on the program details, government compliance, customer service etiquette, and computer system knowledge - the representative is responsible to enroll qualified customers. The representative is required to deliver exceptional customer service, provide informational details on new products or services, and act as a resource for any and all inquiries about the Lifeline program.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The Customer Service Rep will partner with all parties informed of the status of open issues and will work closely with escalation partners to identify, document and monitor any and all exceptions to the standard processes to create a list of best practices.
    • Problem Resolution: A big part of maintaining the relationships with existing customers includes problem solving by the Customer Service Rep.
    • Responsiveness: The Customer Service Rep will provide responsive, timely telephone, chat support. The Customer Service Rep shall personally act as the single, point-of-contact for their issues from identification through resolution as often as possible

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Multi-task and prioritize required. Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks at a time.
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
    • Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge
    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Experience in marketing or outreach is a plus

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be able to stand for entire shift
    • Must be able to push, pull, lift 15 lbs
    • Must be comfortable speaking with customers face to face (COVID-19 Restrictions are still implemented)
