Customer Service Representative
Bellows Plumbing, Heating, & Air is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR). Primary responsibilities include answering the phone, booking service calls, and making follow up calls to customers. CSR will be working with customers to determine their needed services and resolve their problems. Additional position responsibilities include assistance with general office duties and a rotating after-hours schedule to answer calls remotely.
WORK SHIFT: 5 days a week/40 hours a week (Monday - Friday)
