Bellows Plumbing, Heating, & Air is looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst for the HVAC Installation Department and will have strong problem solving skills with the ability to execute strategic decisions while having a keen eye for details.   The Business Analyst will work collaboratively with Sales, Dispatch and Customer Service.

Duties:

1. Review, approval, and conversion of sold jobs. 
2. Works with sales staff to assure correct paperwork or sold work is submitted and free of errors. 
3. Provides resolution to issues that arise in pre sales, dispatch, and customer service 
4. Updating Centah and ST with sold job information. 
5. Perform dispatch and scheduling duties as they relate to install projects. This will include job walks, install, call backs, and inspections. 
6. Communicate with customers as it pertains to installation issues, changes, or questions. 
7. Assist with lead management, lead booking, and updating lead trackers. 
8. Other duties as assigned

     QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to work with very minimal supervision
• Must have excellent communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor to include establishing guidelines/boundaries   
• Must have excellent grammatical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong decision making, delegating experience
• Must be a adept and fast learner with new technology and software applications. 
• Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and Google software.
• Prefer previous leadership experience 
• Previous Project Management, Estimating and or HVAC experience preferred 
• Strong ability to work collaboratively by gaining input
