Located in the historic Deep Ellum district of Dallas, Belmont Icehouse is a boutique marketing agency with an 18-year history of award-winning work and an average employee tenure of over seven years. We‘re currently looking for an experienced Account Executive in our Dallas office to support our continued expansion and growth. Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Executive will help manage various clients and projects. The includes day-to-day communications while showcasing an ability to think big picture.
** Responsibilities:**
- Works daily with the client, production, creative and media teams to meet deliverables and manages execution.
- Monitors ongoing job progress, internal and client approvals, project timing, and budgets.
- Communicates effectively with clients including immediate responses to email, phone calls, messages, and coordination of meetings.
- Pays close attention to detail, proofs creative work, and reviews with client for feedback/approval in a timely manner.
- Understands and uses agency management tools for the creation, time tracking, trafficking, and billing.
- Keeps apprised of clients’ products, services and marketing efforts as well as those within their industry.
** Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of two years of agency experience
- Knowledge and understanding of integrated marketing, advertising, promotions, digital and social media, creative and production services
- Strong project and time management skills
- Team player with the ability to earn the client and internal team’s confidence
- Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and fast pace environment
- Excellent verbal and written skills
