People Operations Intern People Operations Intern Summary Title: People Operations Intern ID: 2030 Department: Human Resources Location: Chicago Description People Operations Intern Belvedere Trading, a leading proprietary trading firm, is seeking a People Operations Intern to support the Human Resources team with a variety of projects in conjunction with People Group initiatives. This Intern will be responsible for candidate and employee interaction, data analysis, and project work requiring creative problem-solving, efficient time-management, meticulous attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also contribute to process improvements by lending your thoughtful ideas and feedback to the People Coach. What youll do * Support People Group (HR, Recruiting, Education and Employee Experience) with various project focused work * Build frameworks for data collection and interpretation * Identify and source candidates through a variety of resources including campus career centers, networking, referrals, social media, and other sources * Maintain a quality employee experience * Help plan and attend events that bolster our employer brand in the community What youll need * Undergraduate coursework in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field * Great written and verbal communication skills * Ability to maintain strict confidentiality * A willingness to work in a fast-paced, mission-criticalenvironment * Careful attention to detail, and the vision and skill to push beyond expectations * Graduation date of May 2019/December 2019/May 2020 * Availability in your fall semester/quarter
