    Bemana is helping a local New Orleans Marketing/Advertising Agency find a Senior Account Manager who is ready to transform the world of advertising with their best-in-class team. Their team is the epitome of collaboration, camaraderie, sharp strategy, a can-do attitude, and resilience.

    The ideal candidate maintains a deep level of understanding of advertising campaign elements, such as creative, video, traditional and digital media, websites, and multi-media marketing campaigns. The Sr. Account Manager will lead projects and anticipate needs before they arise, creating a plan to address them.

    The position requires a detail-oriented, proactive team player who can multitask and handle multiple, diverse situations in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to work independently and should have recent, relevant experience. Top candidates will be critical thinkers with fantastic time management and planning skills.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Strategically guide and manage agency accounts focused on delivering the highest level of customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Build and grow strong, trusting relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Thoroughly understand client needs; identifying gaps and solutions where needed
    • Identify new business opportunities within our existing client portfolio (organic growth) as well as new potential clients
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements both internally and externally
    • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, service offerings, clients, industry and competitors
    • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to clients; manage and maintain client-facing communications (status reports, project brief, conference reports, schedule meetings, presentations, reports, etc.)
    • Ensure projects are aligned with client goals and objectives, are on time and on budget
    • Maintain brand integrity across client marketing initiatives and communications
    • Lead and support creative strategy and brand strategy planning
    • Monitor new and emerging marketing trends that may impact our clients and / or internal teams

    Required Skills & Personal Attributes:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration & Management, Media, Digital Communication, or relevant degree
    • 4+ years of experience in account management; agency experience a must (Experience managing large account portfolios a plus)
    • Strong customer service and project management skills
    • Critical, solution-oriented thinker with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
    • Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail
    • A passion and eagerness to learn what the job entails, while staying abreast of new trends, insights and opportunities
    • Positive attitude with a drive to learn and progress
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, executing multiple projects at the same time
    • Ability to quickly shift gears based on Agency and/or client priorities
    • Works as a collaborative team player
    • Displays excellent communication skills, both externally and internally; must be able to remain calm and courteous under pressure
    • Self-motivated and success-driven

    This position reports to the Director of Account Management. This is a full-time position based in New Orleans, Louisiana.
