    Bemana is searching for an Outside Sales Account Manager to join an excellent, family-owned business that provides products, services and solutions throughout the Midwest to the electro-motor industry.

    The Outside Sales Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing business opportunities with industrial end-users in select territories in Illinois & Missouri (based on your home location). The ideal candidate will live in/around the St. Louis, MO area or Southern Illinois.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for selling products, equipment repairs and technical services - your goal is to penetrate your territory with as many of the products and services the company has to offer.
    • Responsible for profitability within your territory, prioritizing customers and allocating your time accordingly.
    • Work with both new sales and repair departments in order to keep current on customer issues.
    • Constant communication and teamwork is a must, this person is free to manage him or herself, but their customers hold them accountable.
    • Develop customer relationships based on values, trust and service excellence.
    • A few overnight stays per month should be expected.
