    We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented team player who wants to be part of a growing, fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and responsive to our agents and loves motivating and encouraging others to do their best work. You wear many hats in this position so a great attitude and flexibility are key with attention to detail. Must have bookkeeping experience and the ability to work at a quick pace with a positive attitude. Compensation: $65,000 plus bonus, medical insurance, and 401k Responsibilities: • Build agent relations by calling, emailing, and social media postings • Process commission requests accurately and timely with attention to detail • Accounting services including accounts receivable, payroll, monthly bank reconciliations and update Google spreadsheets with financial data • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors • Review sales and trend reports • Forecast models and budgeting • Accountable to deadlines with a "whatever it takes" attitude • Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization's standards • Help coordinate events and social activities with a high level of agent engagement Qualifications: • Display strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills • Attention to detail and accountability to deadlines • Experience with Excel, Google Spreadsheets, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office • Database management and accounting software are a plus • 4 years of experience or similar work experience required • High school diploma, G.E.D. with college experience • US Work Authorization • Possession of strong interpersonal and organizational skills Compensation: $65,000 yearly + bonus
