Our team is growing and we need an additional Buyer Specialist to work with Buyer clients exclusively.
We provide everything you need to be successful including broker and sales manager support, experienced agent mentoring and a supportive culture unique to this industry. We have the systems, training, resources and support team to promote your success.
If you have the ambition to succeed and want to join a team with growth opportunities, WE WANT YOU! This straight commission sales position has no ceiling on income.
Responsibilities
Practice, practice, practice: usually in the office between 8:30am - 11am, afternoons are spent outside of the office (showings, appointments, etc.)
Building and managing the sales pipeline through our databases and technology
Scheduling of appointments, emailing and outward prospecting/follow up phone communication
Qualifications
Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written
Well informed and proficient in the use of technology
Ability to manage extensive work-loads and efficiently solve problems at hand
Must be team oriented!
Real estate license not required to apply, but must be a licensed agent to join our team (experience not required)
