We are hiring an Order Desk Associate to provide analytical and end-to-end transactional support for the order management element within BenQ.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support entire life cycle of a BenQ Order from creation to final product delivery to the customer. This support is both transactional and analytical in nature.

• Process customer purchase orders within ERP system
• Identifying and correcting transactional order issues
• Provide order status, tracking and back order reports to customers
• Maintains customer relationship by responding to customer inquiries and supporting issue resolution
• Miscellaneous tasks as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Excellent time management, analytical and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
• Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication
• Strong team player who collaborated well with others to solve problems, flexible and adaptable
• Proficient business software skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, Oracle)

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Supply Chain related field

COMPENSATION:

Based on experience; we offer a very competitive base salary plus bonus
