Performance Objectives:
- Lead advanced jewelry repair work with precision and quality \- Consistently perform complex repairs and restorations with exceptional accuracy, craftsmanship, and efficiency.
- Support custom design and build projects \- Collaborate with CAD designers, setters, and other jewelers to bring creative custom jewelry designs to life.
- Ensure organization, cleanliness, and professional standards \- Keep tools, equipment, and the bench area clean, safe, and well-maintained while meeting the shop’s quality and safety standards.
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive shop culture \- Foster teamwork and professionalism by maintaining a low-drama, respectful, and cooperative presence in the shop.

The desired candidate will have the following:
- Minimum 5 years of professional bench experience performing complex jewelry repairs (preferably 5–10).
- Skilled in laser welding, soldering, ring sizing, prong work, re-tipping, and chain repair.
- Comfortable working with gold, silver, and platinum.
- Experience with bead, channel, or pavé stone setting is a plus.
- Apprenticeship or trade school education preferred.
- Strong time management and ability to handle consistent production volume.
