We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want to fix computers — but wants to grow, learn, and earn more by being part of something we’re building from the ground up.

💰 Unique Opportunity: In addition to your base pay, you’ll have the ability to earn commission by identifying and bringing in new business — whether it’s a small business client, ongoing support agreement, or referral.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose, repair, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and devices

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and performance issues

Remove viruses/malware and optimize systems

Set up and support home offices (Wi-Fi, printers, remote work setups)

Provide in-shop (bench) work and occasional onsite support

Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships

Spot opportunities where clients need additional services or support

🧠 What You Bring

3–5 years of hands-on computer repair/support experience

CompTIA A+ Certification (required)

Strong knowledge of Windows, hardware, and basic networking

Natural problem-solver who can think independently

Strong communication and people skills
