Physical Therapist - BenchMark Physical Therapy - Lawrenceville, GA
Position will operate and maintain one or more centrifugal chillers that provide an establishment with such services as air-conditioning (cool, humidify, dehumidify, filter and circulate air)
Observe and interpret readings on gauges, meters and charts which register various aspects of the system’s operation, adjusting controls to ensure safe and efficient operation of the system and to meet the demands for services provided.
Record System parameters on log-sheets and maintain proper equipment operations.
Keep machinery and equipment of the system in good working order
May direct and coordinate activities of other workers (not stationary engineers) in performing tasks directly related to operating and maintaining the system.
Required Skills
Extensive knowledge in specialized functions. A wide and comprehensive acquaintance with and understanding both general and specific aspects of the job and their practical application to complex problems and situations ordinarily encountered. Knowledge of building management systems including Johnson controls and Siemens Controls controlling a campus wide energy management and control system
Must have a valid Maryland 1st class stationary engineers license. Equivalent licenses will be considered. Background with knowledge and experience with Siemens
Required Experience
Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in centrifugal chiller operations and central utility plant operations
Candidate will be required to stand watch in the Chill Water Plant
HVAC technician experience a plus
THE WORK SCHEDULE IS PRIMARILY 10 AM TO 7PM 5 DAYS PER WEEK
This position is located on the grounds of the United States Naval Academy. The hourly rate is $36.03 and we offer flexible benefits, free parking and opportunities for growth.
