The person in this role will work closely with internal and external resources to help design, implement and transform our technology infrastructure. Past experience in Ecommerce and strong programming skills are required.

What you'll be doing:

• Work with users from all areas of the company (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Merchandising, Management) to help identify opportunities to either enhance customer satisfaction or drive efficiencies in back office processes.
• Design, develop and test software in support of the above.
• Work closely with other members of the development team to update/evolve/standardize our technology ecosystem.
• Champion change in the face of established processes/systems.
• Manage projects and coordinate between various departments as needed.
• Work on large and small projects simultaneously.
• Participate in other projects/tasks as requested.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Strong knowledge/experience with .Net programming
• MSSQL
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill

Required Experience

• 5+ years of web development experience
• 3+ years Ecommerce experience
• Complex system integrations
• Knowledge/experience with SQL
• .Net
• Use of standard Front-End framework (i.e. Angular, Bootstrap, Foundation, HTML KickStart or others)

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
