Position is directly responsible | | to develop, implement and manage incident/accident investigation | | program.   Compiles, prepares, and distributes correspondence, such as | | aviation operations reports, aviation safety reports.     Required Skills

    KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

    • Must be able to communicate professionally, orally, and in writing. Meeting or exceeding ICAO English Language Proficiency Requirements of Level 4. Working knowledge of ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices.
    • Advanced Knowledge of ICAO Safety Management Manual (Doc 9859).
    • Advanced knowledge of ICAO Annex 14 – Aerodromes.
    • Working knowledge of ICAO Airport Services (Doc 9137).
    • Working Knowledge of ICAO Airport Design (Doc 9157).
    • Advanced knowledge of ICAO Annex 13 - Accident and Incident Investigation.
    • Basic Knowledge of NATO's organizational structure and mission in Afghanistan.
    • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
    • Must possess analytical skills and provide recommendations in short timeframes.
    • Must be able to work under stressful and comply with short deadlines.

    • Candidates must be physically able and willing to work long hours to meet mission and contract requirements.
    • Must be able to pass NATO employment and pre-deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, and background checks, etc.
    • Must meet medical requirements to maintain relevant professional licenses.

    Must be able and willing to work in austere conditions. The post holder might be exposed to aircraft engine noise.

     

    Required Experience
