We are currently recruiting for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor based out of our Cranbury, NJ location.  

Position Requirements

• Provide supervision to team leaders and warehouse associates who are assigned to pick and pack orders utilizing Dematic warehouse automation. 
• Ensure that staff is appropriately trained in picking/packing, and quality control.
• Balance staffing needs while fulfilling customer orders
• Work closely with our maintenance mechanics to ensure that Dematic system is fully operational.
• Communicate status updates throughout the evening with the other shift supervisors and managers.
• Motivate employees to meet productivity goals and efficiency goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

The successful candidate will be a proven leader with distribution center experience.  Experience with warehouse automation is a plus, but not required.  Strong communication skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize are required. 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work near moving mechanical parts.  
• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs. 
• Ability to operate computers and/or relevant warehouse computer software.
