  • Responsibilities
    • SUMMARY:

      The Executive Director of Clinical Services - Regionals directs and oversees clinical services in the regional division. He/She is responsible for patients receiving high quality, evidenced based treatment resulting in clinically significant outcomes. He/She manages regional clinical directors to ensure clinical staff receive appropriate supervision and training in order to provide quality patient care for all patients admitted to the regional clinics. Works closely with the Chief Operations Officer-Regionals (COO-R) and the Regional Medical Director (RMD) to develop, launch and oversee clinical programs to meet community needs, promote the use of a continuum of care/clinical pathway, and assure appropriate utilization of services. Will oversee site Clinical Directors to ensure the aforementioned objectives are achieved.

        

       

      JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

      Oversee Rogers Behavioral Health regional programs’ clinical directors.

      Oversee quality of therapeutic interventions at regional clinic locations.

      Provide frequent feedback to clinical directors and ensure alignment with annual reviews.

      Develop and implement standards for supervision provided by clinical directors and supervisors

    Required Skills

    1. Excellent communication skills required to understand and relate to community representatives, department managers, Hospital medical and clinical staff, Hospital CEO, and Board of Directors.
    2. Able to understand and communicate using medical  terminology.
    3. Excellent writing skills needed to prepare reports.
    4. Able to use initiative and judgment to organize, plan activities, formulate policies, delegate responsibility and make decisions affecting diagnosis and treatment of patients.
    5. Must be able to relate to people in a manner to win their confidence and establish rapport.
    6. Must be flexible to adjust to changing conditions, programs and various details of the position.

     

    Required Experience

    EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Doctor of Psychology licensed in the state in which the regional program is based.
    2. Administrative or supervisory experience in a psychiatric setting, preferably in PHP/IOP levels of care.
    3. Sales/marketing, patient development and/or community relations-related experience.
