    A management position that reports to the Clinic Practice Manager. Duties include those activities that provide administrative leadership to staff, by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care, and providing for staff development. This position supports physicians by promoting patient flow, patient care, and the goals of the organization.

    Required Skills

    Competence in the provision of resources for providing care for clinic patients. Knowledge of infection control, body mechanics, and safety. Knowledge of legal aspects of administration. Written and verbal communication skills, and working knowledge of computer keyboard required. Must be self-motivated. Bilingual, Spanish preferred.

    Required Experience

    One year in ambulatory supervisory role with leadership, and organizational ability. Must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with other. Ability to work with people/subordinates in a fair and consistent manner on a day-to-day basis. Must be able to aid in policy development,, evaluation, and implementation. With consideration to age, employee utilizes the approved process to resolve biophysical, psychological, educational and environmental needs to patient/significant other when administering services or arranging care. Bilingual, Spanish preferred.
