DIGITAL OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVE

LOCATION IS FLEXIBLE

Capital Electric has a Digital Operations position available. The person in this role is responsible for providing support to our customers and associates for our digital platform and works closely with our Digital Sales Associates to advance the growth of our digital sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage eCommerce catalog of Electrical Products in coordination with product and pricing managers
• Proactively manage product data, including categorizations, search keywords, product images, and specification sheets
• Subject Matter Expert on our digital solutions functionality and be comfortable speaking to them with customer and employees
• Support Digital Marketing initiatives including but not limited to site data analytics, digital marketing promotions, and email marketing
• Track digital performance analytics in support of digital sales team
• Answer, record and respond to customer and employee questions, feedback and needs that come through the digital support
• Elevate and track support tickets in Remedy (helpdesk software) to keep involved parties informed of the progress being made on support Manage multiple tasks at one time and continually evaluate and properly prioritize tasks for completion. Answer, record and respond to customer and employee questions that come through the digital support desk.
• Other duties and projects as required

EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales, and distribution experience. Electrical product knowledge a plus.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Must be well organized and possess excellent telephone, computer, written, and oral communication skills. Experience working in a digital environment. Ability to interface in a positive, helpful manner with customers, representatives, and colleagues. Ability to problem solve and multi-task. Must be detail-oriented and sales-oriented. Internet, Microsoft Office proficiency required. Must be passionate about evolving technology.
