The Senior Global Supply Chain Planner (Fragrances Business) is responsible for ensuring worldwide raw material availability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily management of demands from compounding plants and making the purchases to replenish stock;
- Solve problems of raw material shortages;
- Liaise with the local material coordinators/ site supply chain managers to ensure a smooth and aligned day-to-day planning process;
- Participate in cross functional initiatives as the accountable person for fragrances planning;
- Optimization and continuous improvement of material availability; global inventory days; inventory write-off; and obsolete/slow moving inventory.
We are in the middle of a centralization project. We are centralizing all our global supply chain activities, for the fragrances business, in our supply chain hub in Tilburg. Your input and experience is important for us in this project.

Required Experience
- We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in supply chain management, logistics or operations management;
- At least three years of hands on experience in a global supply chain environment;
- APICS certification is a plus;
- You are able to manage expectations in an international environment with geographically dispersed stakeholders from various functions.
- Proven talent with the ability to grow into the next step and is able to organize and prioritize workload.
- Excellent professional communication skills in at least English.
