     The LVN performs basic nursing procedures under the guidance of the Registered Nurse.

    Required Skills

    • Ability to work well with people, ability to organize and make effective use of time. 
    • With consideration to age, employee utilizes the approved process to resolve biophysical, psychological, educational and environmental needs to patient/significant others when administering care. 
    • Competent to complete basic nursing procedures. 
    • Cognizant of home health standards and practices. 
    • Basic computer knowledge and abilities.

    Required Experience

    • Current California license as an LVN.  Renewal every two years in good standing.
    • A minimum of one year's experience in an acute care facility with a medical-surgical background.
    • Ability to work well with people, ability to organize and make effective use of time.
    • Current CPR card.
    • Current California driver's license and valid auto insurance.
