    The Digital Marketing Manager is a progressive, creative thinker who can conceptualize, execute, and close revenue producing ideas that connect our customers with our digital tools, resources, and e-commerce services. This position focuses on business development and e-commerce efficiency, serving as a champion for digital sales operations. As part of the Irby Marketing team, this position will  support our online marketplace and digital tools by working closely with Senior Leadership, the local sales field, cross-functional teams, and external partners. This person will also be responsible for ensuring our customer accounts are set-up correctly, in good standing, and adhere to their respective standards and guidelines.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Adding new products, maintaining, and optimizing product listings on our Company website, Irby.com.
    • Quality control user account setups, transactions, and general functionality of Company website.
    • Monitor and analyze product performance, product rankings, and customer reviews.
    • Lead Irby digital customer integrations for System-to-System, Mobile, Web, and future initiatives.
    • Support all sales leadership and field customer needs on integrations. Develop and define by the Customer appropriate Digital Integration packages for Sales organization consumption and delivery to Customers.
    • Collaborate with Sonepar USA, representing Irby Company's interests and needs.
    • Engage and train management and sales teams on the available technologies, how to identify and categorize opportunities, and actions required to initiate and sustain a customer integration.
    • Constantly explore new methodologies and best practices to ensure both Irby and our customers are getting the most value from an integrated platform.
    • Provide concise, relevant KPI and status reports to Senior Leadership on a quarterly basis.
    • Identify and lead the development of new integration opportunities with customers to lower cost to serve, increase productivity, and drive revenue performance.
    • Serve as developmental and training support to sales field associates, leadership, and cross-functional operations in effort to drive execution with customers.
    • Recognize and lead Field Digital development opportunities for Customer driven initiatives. Evaluate and prioritize IT time and resources, coordinate project oversight, and lead execution to customer base.
    • Collaborate with corporate leadership to construct functional responsibility for digital initiatives.
    • Lead all Irby development efforts for eCommerce, order automation, storeroom/warehouse management, EDI integrations.
    • Drive adoption of EDI in existing accounts with the objective of fully optimized transactions for Customers and Vendors.
    • Support the EDI process, including third-party integrations, and ensure adoption at field level.
    • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university; five to seven years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of educations and experience.
    • 3+ years related experience with an emphasis in strategic planning, market analysis, and user interface/experience research.
    • Experience in B2B Marketing; marketing automation, sales enablement, CRM systems and Google Analytics.
    • A good working knowledge of HTML, CSS and CMS systems.
    • Exercise planning and organization techniques to meet internal and external customer demands according to appropriate schedules and timelines.
    • Compile, organize, analyze and present statistical and technical data.
