The Diagnostic Radiology Technologist Trainee works under the direction of assigned Registered Technologists assisting with Radiology procedures. Assists in the development and the monitoring of specific systems in the coordination of activities that improve the quality of patient care.

Required Experience

WORK EXPERIENCE:

            One year clinical training in diagnostic imaging preferred.

LICENSE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION:

Texas Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) within 6 months of hire.

ARRT (R) preferred.

CPR certified required

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

Sr. Program Student or Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences from an accredited Radiology school required.
