RESPONSIBILITIES - ENTRY LEVEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• Generate qualified leads of business owners interested in direct community marketing.
• Serve as a consultant and provide useful product knowledge to business owners from all industries.
• Acquire, retain and constantly develop industry knowledge and product presentation.
• Represent Transportation Media and its brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

COMPENSATION

• $33,000 base (tiered scale with monthly pay raises) PLUS performance-based commissions, monthly bonuses and daily cash incentives.
• TOP PRODUCERS MAKE $75,000 - $130,000+

Primary Duties: Working closely with our office team to consistently meet daily and monthly office goals (WE ARE A TEAM AND WE CROSS THE FINISH LINE TOGETHER!). You will be given the latest in technology to be able to scout our national sales regions for businesses to feature. These business owners are always looking for pathways to reach new potential customers and expand their marketing techniques!

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS - ENTRY LEVEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be self-driven & highly motivated
• Proven track record setting and achieving goals
• Must have reliable transportation
• Applicants must be 18 years old or older
• Clear speaking voice with the ability to read a pitch
• Be able to show punctuality (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm)
