REQUIREMENTS: 

• Prior machine operating and programming experience
•  Knowledge of CAD and CAM
• The ability to read micrometers, gauges, and probes

MAIN DUTIES:

• Set-up CNC/EDM machines to perform machine functions on workpiece.
• Performing G-Code programming to run CNC machines.
• Setting up and operating units. Adjust machine controls.
• Blueprints and process sheets to determine the correct settings for units.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and cleaning.
• Work with teammates to to establish proper manufacturing methods.
• Inspect finished work pieces to ensure tolerances.
• Operate two or more machines.
  

Education

• Basic computer skills and file format experience are helpful.
• Standard environmental hazards, health, and conservation guidelines.
