Advanced Digital Signal Processing Engineer
Job Description
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with emphasis in Digital Signal Processing, Communication Theory, Wireless Communications, or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Conceptualize, Design and Model world class Signal Processing algorithms for complex integrated HW/SW systems
Performance evaluation of signal processing solutions
Work effectively in a cross functional team as well as a diverse customer base
Develop testing criteria and execute validation of designs
Experience working in a fast-paced development environment focused on fielding complex signal processing solutions
Proficient in signal processing algorithm coding implementation in one or more of MATLAB, X-Midas, GNU Radio, C, C++, Python
Experience working with Unix/Linux operating systems
Understanding of signal analysis, estimation, and processing techniques
Demonstrated problem-solving, verbal and written communication, presentation and organizational skills
Proven Technical Leadership skills – ability to generate and deliver creative problem solutions
Strong ability to manage tasks and projects independently with urgency
Proven Record of Continued self-improvement of skills
