     Role and Responsibilities

     Speaking/working with customers and sales reps on their designs

    • Impose 1-up AI file to a layout
    • Uploading files into a shared server
    • Making color adjustments to files
    • Manage digital file locations to ensure the latest updates are available
    • Work with remote art hub for support
    • Partner with vendors to ensure updates are complete

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • High School Diploma or GED required. 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area required.

    Preferred Skills

    • Proficient with computers, especially Mac, Esko, EFI Fiery and MS Office Suite, with the ability to learn other computer programs as needed.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Possess a ‘can-do’ and TEAMWORK attitude.
    • Careful attention to detail and high expectation for quality.
    • Follows and understand quality guidelines.
    • Add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Able to read and use a ruler.
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
    • Must understand printing tolerances.
    • Work within a self- managed team concept. Excellent communication, Interact and problem-solving skills. Provide technical assistance to graphics personnel, internal and external customers.
    • Develop and work within department guidelines to allow the transfer of projects between functional areas.
    • Initiate opportunities for process improvements.
