Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Benefit and Talent Systems Consultant with specialized experience in UKG Pro Benefits Administration, HRSD, Employee Voice, Learning, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management modules. The ideal candidate will be UKG Pro Certified, have implementation experience, and a proven ability to consult effectively with clients. If you have a deep understanding of HR processes and systems, and you are adept at transforming insights into impactful solutions, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the implementation and optimization of HR modules, including Pro Benefits Administration, HRSD, Employee Voice, Learning, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management.
Consult with clients to understand their organizational needs and translate them into actionable system configurations.
Drive initiatives in employee performance, training and development, onboarding, talent acquisition, and employee timekeeping to optimize HR functions.
Develop and execute strategies for HR systems management, ensuring a smooth workflow for all talent and benefits functions.
Requirements:
UKG Pro Certification is required.
Demonstrated experience implementing HR systems in a consultative role with clients.
2+ years of experience in an HR department, with a focus on employee performance, training, development, onboarding, talent acquisition, and timekeeping.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and align system solutions with business needs.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in HR systems management beyond UKG Pro is a plus.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for HR insights and performance metrics.
