Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is currently seeking a full time CADD Technician for our Kansas City, MO office. This position provides CADD support and construction drawing preparation for a variety of highway, street and bridge design projects. We are looking for someone with great communication skills who enjoys being part of an energetic, high performing team.

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of MicroStation or AutoCadd preferred but not required. 
• Ability to assist design staff with the preparation of plans, calculations and coordinating with design engineers to develop accurate construction drawings
• Adhering to a specific quality control process
• Developing design drawings utilizing engineering sketches

Required Experience

• 0 to 10 years of similar work experience
• Experience with Microstation CADD preferred but not required
