Qualifications

- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
 
**Education & Experience **
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 
 
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a church setting. 
 
- Experience in a large ministry or nonprofit environment is preferred.
