ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are expanding our Configuration & Business Applications Team! The Benefits Configuration Specialist reports to the Manager of Systems Configuration and is responsible for configuring, testing, maintaining, and optimizing benefit plans within Marpai’s claims platform(s). This role ensures accuracy in claims adjudication by translating plan documents into precise system logic and supporting business partners through implementation, renewals, and ongoing system enhancements.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Configure and maintain medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefit plans.
Interpret SPDs, plan documents, and client requirements.
Assist with client setup, enrollment configuration, validation rules, and routing.
Create and update ID cards.
Build and validate correspondence templates and EOBs.
Conduct QA and UAT testing.
Investigate and resolve configuration issues.
Analyze data using queries and reports.
Document system defects and configuration changes.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Support implementations, renewals, and migrations.
Remain current on industry trends.
Other duties as required.
