_**The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for the ultimate success and integrity of client EDI Feeds (Benefit Carrier Connections & COBRA Admin), cyclical open enrollment Benefit setup and rollout, and annual ACA filing as well as regular outreach and maintenance for the ACA platform. They will work directly with the client's HR Modules (HR Core & Benefits with an opportunity to gain experience in others) and EDI connections while maintaining a great working relationship with our client contacts and internal teams.

The base annual salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 based on candidate's experience, education, and geographic location.
