    • $90,000 - $110,000 base salary

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day U.S. benefits administration, employee inquiries, and broker coordination.
    • Manage leave processes, including FMLA administration for compliance and efficient case handling.
    • Provide high-level oversight of timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos), serving as master user (training provided).
    • Handle benefits billing reconciliation and cost allocations with accounting.
    • Act as centralized resource for employees and site HR in a shared services model.
    • Support ad-hoc initiatives to streamline HR operations across locations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's in HR or related field preferred; certifications (e.g., SHRM) a plus.
    • 5+ years focused on benefits administration and leave/FMLA management.
    • Strong HRIS/timekeeping aptitude (Kronos training available).
    • Excellent communication and customer service for employee-facing duties.
    • Self-starter with team collaboration skills in hybrid settings.
    • Adaptable to Kansas City hybrid (primarily remote, one weekly office day).
