Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day U.S. benefits administration, employee inquiries, and broker coordination.
- Manage leave processes, including FMLA administration for compliance and efficient case handling.
- Provide high-level oversight of timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos), serving as master user (training provided).
- Handle benefits billing reconciliation and cost allocations with accounting.
- Act as centralized resource for employees and site HR in a shared services model.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives to streamline HR operations across locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in HR or related field preferred; certifications (e.g., SHRM) a plus.
- 5+ years focused on benefits administration and leave/FMLA management.
- Strong HRIS/timekeeping aptitude (Kronos training available).
- Excellent communication and customer service for employee-facing duties.
- Self-starter with team collaboration skills in hybrid settings.
- Adaptable to Kansas City hybrid (primarily remote, one weekly office day).
