JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for tracking, creation and distribution of client monthly invoices
Assist core teams with onboarding of new clients
Assist core teams with termination of clients
Maintain accurate client records
Manage revenue in suspense and identify where clients belong and problem solve where required
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate:
Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, in particular Excel
Has ability and willingness to complete moderately complex mathematical calculations including Excel formulas and ability to determine reasonability of final product.
Has effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
Has the organizational and time management skills desired to effectively prioritize various projects containing time sensitive deadlines.
Provides high quality service; understands and demonstrates ability/desire to "out-perform, out-deliver and be out-in-front."
Understands their role and works comfortably within the team but is flexible to adapt and work independently.
Has ability to understand when to proceed alone and when to involve others.
Seeks out new work assignments and assists other associates/team members when capacity allows and strives to learn new approaches, techniques, and methods.
Understands the professional standards and conforms readily to those standards.
