JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for tracking, creation and distribution of client monthly invoices

• Assist core teams with onboarding of new clients

• Assist core teams with termination of clients

• Maintain accurate client records

• Manage revenue in suspense and identify where clients belong and problem solve where required

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate:

• Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, in particular Excel

• Has ability and willingness to complete moderately complex mathematical calculations including Excel formulas and ability to determine reasonability of final product.

• Has effective communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Has the organizational and time management skills desired to effectively prioritize various projects containing time sensitive deadlines.

• Provides high quality service; understands and demonstrates ability/desire to "out-perform, out-deliver and be out-in-front."

• Understands their role and works comfortably within the team but is flexible to adapt and work independently.

• Has ability to understand when to proceed alone and when to involve others.

• Seeks out new work assignments and assists other associates/team members when capacity allows and strives to learn new approaches, techniques, and methods.

• Understands the professional standards and conforms readily to those standards.
