Your Mission:

You'll be the benefits hero our employees deserve! From managing the excitement of open enrollment season to providing year-round benefits guidance, you'll ensure our team members feel confident and supported in their benefits decisions. You'll work closely with our fantastic HR team to streamline processes, enhance employee communication, and make benefits administration seamless.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of benefits administration experience
• Open enrollment expertise - you've been in the trenches and love the challenge
• Strong communication skills - you can explain complex benefits in simple terms
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities
• HRIS experience (bonus points for Workday, ADP, or similar platforms)
• Problem-solving enthusiasm and employee service focus
• Benefits compliance knowledge (ACA, COBRA, FMLA basics)
