    Job Description

    Position Summary

    As a Benefits Administrator, you will serve as the primary liaison between our employees, insurance providers, risk-management, and legal counsel. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of benefit transactions.

    Accountabilities/Responsibilities

    • Act as the subject matter expert for employees and providers, resolving complex insurance inquiries and enrollment issues.
    • Execute all medical-related reporting and regulatory forms with high precision for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance and voluntary benefits.
    • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment law.
    • Manage and log all incoming calls.
    • Assist in the annual open enrollment process.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • A deep commitment to ethical standards and staying current with evolving employment laws (FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, etc).

    • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 2+ years’ experience in benefits administration or employee support roles.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
