At The Odell Agency – Globe Life Liberty National Division, we partner with employers to deliver no-cost and supplemental benefits that help them attract, retain, and protect employees. Our Worksite Specialists meet with decision-makers, design benefit programs, and enroll employees — all with provided leads and complete support.
Whether you’re an experienced professional or new to sales, we provide world-class training, licensing support, and daily mentorship to help you succeed from day one.
What You’ll Do
Meet with local business owners & HR managers to present employee benefit options.
Conduct enrollment presentations for employee groups (in person at their workplace)
Provide ongoing account service & support to enrolled employees.
Customize voluntary life & supplemental health plans to fit business and employee needs.
Manage and grow a portfolio of business accounts with residual income potential.
Follow up with provided warm leads — no cold calling from scratch.
Work closely with mentors and managers to accelerate your progression into leadership opportunities.

Upon successful completion of the process, you will receive reimbursement for 100% of your licensing costs.
Commission-Based Pay: $55,000–$125,000+ OTE (commission + bonuses; residual income for top performers)
Flexible Schedule – Monday–Friday with optional Saturdays
