    This role is for those seeking a challenge, frustrated with stale management, or feeling like they may be stuck where they are.

    Sales experience is helpful, but not required: we'll teach you what need to know;

    You must be unafraid of prospecting;

    You must be in Austin, Texas. (Why be anywhere else?)

    You want to get better, take coaching well, and can't stand excuses.

    Please don’t apply if:

    You like to come in late, take 2 hour lunches, and leave an hour after you return;

    You think coaching is “micromanaging”;

    You can’t stand looking at numbers to get better and improve;

    You don't want to compete.
