Benet Healthcare is a rapidly-growing healthcare staffing company with 5 offices located all throughout Florida. We are looking for a Healthcare Canvassing Associate to join our team. This role directly impacts the development of marketing and sales techniques used by the company. We are looking for someone who is flexible, hard-working, team-oriented and a problem solver. Duties include sharing information to consumers; visiting stores and sites as well as competitor sites to meet with consumers, and gathering information on current market trends. Urgent hire, full-time and part-time available, flexible hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate benefits of the company to customers and patients in the field

• Demonstrate a vast knowledge of the company's services to pitch to potential clients

• Get information, such as contact details and signatures, from potential leads and clients for follow-up

• Confidently answer questions and rebuff excuses to meet objectives

• Recruit, train, onboard and mentor new Canvassing Associates

• Attend events including fairs, rallies and shows

• Consistently meet daily and weekly quotas

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills

• A self-starter that enjoys working in a team environment
