What we’re looking for

Possess or the ability to obtain Journeyman’s License for ND and or MN

Strong plumbing repair background (residential is mostly what we do, No new Construction and minimal commercial Service)

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Effective problem-solving, time management and organizational skills

Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check

Must have valid driver's license

What would you do?

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with company standards and expectations

Maintain and troubleshoot Residential Plumbing issues

Diagnosing, maintain, install, and repairing systems including water heaters, water conditioning systems, drains, all fixtures throughout the home

Communicate directly with your client so they can be informed of service needed. Providing them with an estimate prior to starting the task or repair.

Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
