JOB SUMMARY Our plumbers perform tasks ranging from clogged drains, fixing toilets, to water heater installs and complete re-pipes. Our plumbers serve the clients of the company by expertly diagnosing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems. They operate from a company supplied vehicle and can dispatch directly from their home.

JOB SUMMARY AND DUTIES Correctly diagnose plumbing issues, offer options to the homeowner and educate them on those options. Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensure the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminate unnecessary callbacks after the job is finishes. Explain each service performed to the client and ensure clients are 100% satisfied with all work. Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving and maintain cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS In-home plumbing repair experience Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of the local plumbing codes Ability to trouble shoot and repair plumbing problems accurately Punctual Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screen

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Our plumbers are paid $200 per day plus up to 12.5% commission on completed work
