    Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Representative with a strong knowledge of plumbing parts and excellent inventory tracking skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of plumbing supplies and parts within our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and fulfilling orders in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of plumbing supplies and parts
    • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software
    • Pick, pack, and ship orders to fulfill customer requests
    • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
    • Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure adequate stock levels
    • Assist in organizing and optimizing warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval
    • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
    • Help create and manage a new inventory management system
    • Process purchase orders and refunds
    • Arrange and track maintenance for fleet vehicles

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
    • Strong knowledge of plumbing supplies and parts
    • Proficiency in inventory management software (Service Titan)
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in inventory tracking
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Knowledge Of Service Titan Preferred
    • Knowledge of Google Sheet's, Documents
    • Knowledge of plumbing and heating parts and equipment
