Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, goal focused, creative, and capable of working independently and as part of a team, FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE to become part of our team! You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the drive to succeed, and be responsible for account development and management of car dealership accounts within the territory. This includes calling on existing and prospective car dealership customers to promote Benmatt’s line of products. BENMATT INDUSTRIES, a fast-growing division of LaFrance Corp, is the leading nationwide supplier and manufacturer of car dealer identification and promotional products. We currently have an immediate opening for a Field Sales Representative in the SOUTHERN CA area. The territory consists of an 8-week travel cycle; 4-weeks overnight. The territory range is 6 -weeks in Los Angeles, CA; North to San Fernando; South to San Juan Capistrano and East to San Bernardino. 2-weeks in San Francisco, CA and Sacramento, CA. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Convey product and services to consumers in-person
• Leverage marketing techniques and act as brand ambassador
• Understand clients' specific needs through consultation and provide best solutions
• Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction
• Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience (5+ years) with car dealerships as a sales person or have sold product to car dealers
• Must possess a Valid Drives license and provide own transportation
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Candidate must live on the border of LA County/Orange County area
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Highly organized and detail oriented
