Benny's is looking for a highly motivated, energetic candidate to join our Service Technician Team! We are hiring immediately for this position. This group is made up of Service Advisors and Automotive Technicians that greet our customers, perform services on their vehicles and promote the Benny's vision of being the 'best service organization in the Baton Rouge area.' 

Opportunity to earn $16-17 / hour with monthly bonus! Experience is required for the lower bay position.

We are currently seeking a full-time technician.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR EXPRESS LUBE TECHNICIAN:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Learn and deliver all services offered to Benny's standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Respond to customer questions and requests
• Perform basic maintenance services on all vehicle types

QUALIFICATIONS FOR EXPRESS LUBE TECHNICIAN:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have transportation to other locations for training: Perkins Rd, Essen Ln, Coursey Blvd, Airline Hwy, and Greenwell Springs Rd
• Open availability, 7 days per week, is required for full-time applicants. Depending on business needs, work schedules may be 6 days per week at times.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professionalism in all aspects
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able to learn a POS system and use a tablet computer
• The ability to read, write, and speak
