Benny's is looking for a highly motivated, energetic candidate to join our Service Technician Team! We are hiring immediately for this position. This group is made up of Service Advisors and Automotive Technicians that greet our customers, perform services on their vehicles and promote the Benny's vision of being the 'best service organization in the Baton Rouge area.' 

Pay is based on your experience starting at $12 / hour for full-time employees PLUS an additional monthly bonus package! Earn up to $16-17 per hour! Through training and earning certifications, you become eligible for raises and promotions! An applicant with experience will be eligible to start at a higher hourly pay rate.

Part-time employees who are enrolled in school will have the opportunity to earn tuition reimbursement up to $1,000 / semester for most schools and degree programs! A school schedule will be required to be submitted prior to starting work.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR EXPRESS LUBE TECHNICIAN:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Learn and deliver all services offered to Benny's standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Respond to customer questions and requests

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION FOR EXPRESS LUBE TECHNICIAN

• Benny's will provide outstanding employees with the opportunity to gain ASE automotive certification and LA State Inspector's Certificate

QUALIFICATIONS FOR EXPRESS LUBE TECHNICIAN:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work at all locations: Airline Hwy, Essen Ln, Perkins Rd, Coursey Blvd, and Greenwell Springs Rd
• Open availability, 7 days per week, is required for full time applicants. Depending on business needs, work schedules may be 6 days per week at times.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professionalism in all aspects
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able to learn a POS system and use a tablet computer
• The ability to read, write, and speak
